Delivered a fully compliant fire-rated G+1 modular office cabin for VAN OORD GULF FZE, supporting a major infrastructure project in Umm Suqeim, Dubai. The project involved the design, manufacture, supply, and installation of a double-storey fire-rated office facility, providing modern administrative spaces for efficient on-site operations. Constructed to meet UAE Civil Defence requirements, the facility was completed with HVAC systems, electrical works, premium interior finishes, and durable exterior cladding to withstand demanding site conditions.
